·         Jump cut has been used to make the documentary more smooth 
·         Cross fade is used so that it looks more professional so that the audience is interested in watching it
·         Use of crosscutting between A/B roll where the person who is being interview is talking but they are showing shots of related items that he is talking about
·         Massive emphasis on cutaways to enhancing shots

Mise en scene





 

·         Drugs and crack pipes and other meth related things are being shown so that the audience doesn't forget what is the documentary about  
·         Archive footage of meth users is being shown to let the audience see what kind of damage the meth does to human organs and also visual changes like older looking and big bruises all over their face
·         Talking head shots are (external) with trees/ woodland as a backdrop
